TixWorth compares tickets from 11 marketplaces; the one you choose sells and delivers your tickets. Find your answer below, or see why you can trust TixWorth.

Buying tickets

Does TixWorth sell tickets?

No. TixWorth is a comparison site. It shows listings from partner marketplaces and sends you to the marketplace you choose, which sells the ticket, takes the payment and delivers it.

How do I buy a ticket?

Open the event, pick a listing on the seat map or in the list, choose how many tickets you want, then Continue to the marketplace. You finish the purchase and pay on that marketplace's own site.

Why does the marketplace show a different price?

TixWorth shows each listing per ticket before fees. The marketplace adds its buyer fee at checkout, and sellers can change or remove a listing at any time. The marketplace's checkout always has the final price.

Which marketplaces does TixWorth compare?

TixWorth works with 11 partner marketplaces. Marketplaces integrated in the current build include Gametime, Gigsberg, LiveFootballTickets, SeatGeek, Seatiks, StubHub, Ticketmaster, TickPick, Ticombo, viagogo, Vivid Seats. Each event page lists the marketplaces that have listings for it.

Prices and fees

Are the prices on TixWorth live?

No. The listings and prices in the current catalogue are sample data, not live marketplace inventory. Do not rely on them to plan a purchase: the marketplace always has the final price and availability.

Do TixWorth prices include fees?

No, prices are shown per ticket before marketplace fees. Turn on "Show prices including estimated fees" to add each marketplace's estimated buyer fee; the exact total is shown at the marketplace's checkout.

How is the Best Deal tag calculated?

Each listing gets a deal score: its price divided by the median price of its seating area, multiplied by a seller factor of 1 - (seller rating - 4) x 0.08. The listing with the lowest score is the Best Deal. Commissions play no part in it.

Can I see prices in my currency?

Yes. Pick your currency in the footer or, on a phone, in the menu. Prices are converted at fixed rates for comparison only; the marketplace charges in its own currency.

Delivery and tickets

When will I receive my tickets?

The marketplace you bought from sends them. Each listing shows its delivery method (mobile transfer, e-ticket, instant download or paper) and the marketplace's delivery note before you leave TixWorth.

What do mobile, e-ticket and paper tickets mean?

Mobile tickets are transferred to an app on your phone, e-tickets are PDFs or QR codes you download, paper tickets are posted. Filters on the event page let you keep only the types you want.

Orders and refunds

Who do I contact about an order?

The marketplace you bought from. It holds your payment, sends your tickets and applies its own buyer guarantee and refund rules. TixWorth never receives your payment details.

My event was cancelled or moved. What happens?

Refunds and exchanges follow the policy and buyer guarantee of the marketplace you bought from. Contact that marketplace with your order number: TixWorth has no access to orders.

Price alerts and saved events

How do price alerts work?

Leave your e-mail address on a team, artist, competition or event page to register your interest. No alert e-mails are being sent yet: you will hear from us when they start.

Where are my saved events?

The heart saves an event in this browser only, with no account. Your saved upcoming events appear at the top of the home page; clearing your browser's data removes them.

Your data

Does TixWorth use cookies?

No. A few preferences (your currency, recent searches, saved events) stay in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us. Page views are counted on our own servers without a cookie.

How does TixWorth make money?

TixWorth may earn a commission from a marketplace when you click through to it and buy. Commissions do not affect the order of listings or the Best Deal and Lowest price tags, which are computed from listing data only.

Still need help?

For an order, a payment or a delivery, contact the marketplace you bought from: only it can see your order. For anything about TixWorth itself, write to [Legal contact e-mail]. See also the privacy policy and the cookies page.
