Terms of Use

By using TixWorth you accept these terms. In short: we compare offers, marketplaces sell the tickets. Last updated 1 November 2026.

What we do

TixWorth, operated by [Legal entity name], compares offers published by independent ticket marketplaces. We are not a seller, a reseller, an agent or an event organiser. We never hold your money or your tickets, and we are not a party to your purchase: your contract is with the marketplace, on its terms.

Commissions

We may earn a commission when you buy from a marketplace after following a link from TixWorth. It costs you nothing extra. How offers are ordered, and whether a payment influences that order, is explained in how TixWorth works.

Prices and availability

Prices, fees, seats and availability come from marketplaces or are estimated, and they can change or be out of date. Estimated fees are only estimates. The price, the fees and the conditions shown by the marketplace at checkout are the ones that count: check them, and the seat location, before you pay.

Tickets may be resold above face value. Some organisers and some laws restrict resale, and a resold ticket can be refused at the entrance. Checking what applies to your event is your responsibility and that of the marketplace.

Seating maps and 3D views, including views from a seat, are approximate illustrations and may differ from reality.

Orders, refunds and complaints

Delivery, refunds, cancelled events and buyer guarantees are the marketplace's responsibility: contact it first. If you find a misleading or illegal listing on TixWorth, report it through our legal notice.

Acceptable use

You must not copy our venue plans or data in bulk, scrape the site, get around its limits or protections, disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. We may block access that does.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, plans and 3D models belong to us or our licensors. Team, artist and marketplace names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify them; their use implies no endorsement or affiliation.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is accurate or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for a marketplace's acts, its tickets or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits a liability or a consumer right that the law of your country does not allow to be limited.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and of the United States, and disputes go to the courts of Wisconsin. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Personal data is covered by the privacy policy. Contact: [Legal contact e-mail].
