On your device

We set no cookie. Your browser's local storage keeps your currency and language, your recent searches and, on the sign-in page, the e-mail address you enter; these stay on your device. Details are on the cookies page.

Marketplaces

When you follow an offer, you leave TixWorth for the marketplace, which receives the click id, the quantity and the campaign details in the address, as well as what your browser normally sends. Your purchase, payment and account are handled by that marketplace under its own privacy policy. We never see your payment details.

Who else handles the data

Our hosting provider stores it on our behalf: [Hosting provider, name and address]. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We disclose it if the law requires it.

Transfers outside your country

We are based in the United States, so data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland may be processed there. Where the law requires it, such transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and their UK equivalent. Ask us for a copy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or portability, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Most data above carries no name, so we may need details such as the e-mail address you signed up with to find yours. Write to [Legal contact e-mail]. In the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.

US residents: we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security and children

Data travels encrypted and access to it is limited. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities where the law requires it.

TixWorth is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has signed up for an alert, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update this page and its date when our practices change, and tell you directly if a change significantly affects an address you gave us.
